Domestic Orders

Shipping within India is free of charge.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside India, customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges, along with any applicable customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Customs Clearance

All international shipments are subject to applicable Indian customs procedures before export. Packages may be opened by customs authorities for inspection, examination and assessment.

As a result, an international shipment may arrive with an indication that it has been opened for customs inspection. This should not necessarily be treated as evidence that the package was tampered with during transit.

We use Blue Dart, Delhivery and Ecom Express for orders within India and Aramex for international orders.

Customers placing international orders are required to pay the applicable shipping charges at the time of placing the order.

If we are unable to fulfil an order within the applicable delivery period, we will inform the customer and, where necessary, cancel the order. Any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Office Addresses

If delivery is requested to an office or business address, please provide sufficient information, such as the department name, employee details and a direct contact number, to help prevent the delivery from being misdirected.
